Pestell and Tony C were a large portion, their first attempt and successful was the first lawsuit when it appeared that Cytodyn was getting ready to file the BLA.

Their base strategy. Going after the company when more vulnerable and distracted and before any success is achieved.

Yes, they made anti-CYDY probes each time it looked possible there might be some success, with a dogpile following a successful tackle.

Unfortunately , Cytodyn was accommodating in failing to achieve P-Values in their trials and made each probe more successful.

They thought they had the company in the bag after the CD12 failure and then the shift to the Philippines and India prompted the FDA letter.

Each time, they have been there to thwart the company.

The date of record is way past, so any opening of stock for others to use to short is just symbolic. Since we know the 13D is only about hamstringing CYDY, anything they do will only be more proof of that and kill any future chances of a vote in a year.
