We'll get to see how much CASH MIGUEL SMOKED LIKE A FAT CUBAN CIGAR while "working" (cough cough) from that now $99 buck a month rent-a-desk to you know - "CONDUCT THEM GLOBAL STEM CELL OPERATIONS" blah blah LMAO !!!

CASH/REVENUES WILL = ALMOST NOTHING

SG&A EXPENSES = WILL BE HUGE

LOANS IN DEFAULT = HUGE

LAWSUITS - never ending lawsuits and "payment plans" to PAY BACK LAWYERS FOR SAME = huge

DILUTION SHARES ISSUED for bullshit such as "Services rendered" and other vague entries aka translation, "WE AIN'T GOT NO CASH AS WE PAY IT ALL TO MIGUEL AND NORTHSTAR and a few other folks" = HUGE LOL !!!

There it is - I "summarized" the ole POS 10-Q w/o even reading it yet LMAO !!!

NO STEM CLINICS LEFT = REVENUES WILL BE DOWN TO ALMOST NOTHING but "somehow" them SALARIES and SG&A expenses NEVER CEASE and NEVER DECREASE and NEVER END - figure that one out :)

Hell of a "business model" - and ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE BK BUSTED BROKE except they can endlessly dilute this POS and sell "discounted SHARES FOR CASH" as life support literally forever -

...well, at least as long as OLD MAN MURPHY PERSONALLY GUARANTEES THE SUNRISE FL $980K NEVER ENDING BANK LOAN - the day that "ends" (the dude is 98 yrs old) = LIGHTS OUT FOR USRM-a-CON :)
