Many months ago, this shady company said they applied for Nasdaq uplisting. Then a few days ago it put out a pr they are looking for an accounting firm to help them uplist. What gives? Seems their finances aren't all that great for the uplist so now they are looking for someone with creative financing skills to convince Nasdaq that they are legit. Doubt it will work. Oncofakapharma is a house of cards.
