all of the attorney letters and 1-A filings have their lawyer's contact info. I called him once and he answered on the first ring.

we definitely know they're alive , Edgar filings are the real deal SEC compliant channel.

That being said i've given up on "stalking" them and am fully in wait and see mode, every once in a while i call [phone] to see if it's still active but that's about it. I pretty much ran out my courtesy card with him and wouldn't want to leave a message asking for an update with my contact info since i used to talk tons of trash on here criticizing them. He definitely knows who i am because i used to copy/paste the replies he'd send me. They read this board i'm certain of that
