FYI , I just spoke to Justin Gonzalez CEO of BOON Industries , by calling the number posted. He answered and was kind enough to discuss certain items that I had questions on . (within reason and limits which I understand and actually glad he did not go out of bounds)

a. SEC form 10 filing. Apparently they had to or have to supply more information to the SEC , so approval is yet to happen. Ok I saw that on SEC Edgar .

b. Share Structure and Company updates. Look for PR to come out shortly per Justin .

c. Are they in production in Grass Valley CA , I know the area well and asked if a member of my family could stop by and the answer is yes to the production and sure , but tours are not really their think but they can certainly see the facility .

d. Do they have approvals coming out on their products and PO's or contracts in line. Yes per their presentation .

Ok they did a good job on their presentation and they answer the phones , per Justin they are not the normal OTC Company , they are real and look to move forward . So just fyi .
