Thanks for the post. But the 0.05 conversion isn’t the strike. Look at their 10k 2020! The conversion price from 0.05 was even mentioned in the reporting for 12/31/20. the shareprice was at first mid Feb above 0.05 but Clive got a it shares before mid Feb and after 12/30/20 where the price wasn’t above 0.05. the statement for the conversion price is clearly misleading and a false information. This is why this company needs an audit. Further if clive got all his 4B shares and could dump this with an average price at 0.1 he could make 400M usd on a one million loan. This is sick! Imagine what the company could sonstig 400M usd, in the case of a regular offering! We could have even an exchange with fiat . And you don’t know after this note is done , if there is a next note for Clive ? Who knows!
