In October 2005 when UPDA made it's spectacular run to 1.00 the market cap was $23 million on 23 mln shares o/s.

Now the market cap is $34 mil at a price of .12 and 283 million shares (and counting).

273 million shares of that is in the float, which means almost all of those shares were just dumped into the market.

Yes, the market cap may keep rising but unfortunately the share price has little chance of serious appreciation.

The preferreds convert into over 2 Billion additional shares.

The A/S is 2 Billion shares. I wonder how long before they get there and have an R/S?

Trade the stock? Yes, if you're good at it.

Invest in the stock? Are you kidding me!
