This is slowly going to go back over $170+ imo. We won’t see a bubble burst but demographically speaking market is going to likely go up into 2024 but we will see foreclosures normalize back to Pre-Covid. I expect to see a huge push into the market Q1 2022 in REO inventory then likely see stronger balance into 2024 as it increases. Remember we have a ton of boomers downsizing and “moving on” over next 10 years.

This is a solid long play for me
