Any kind of short, including naked shorts, would quickly and easily show up in the transfer agent's records. They know every day how many shares are short - that is how the market, and transfer agents, work.

Current SEC and FINRA regulations require all shorts be disclosed. It is absolutely impossible to hide naked shorts from the transfer agent. It can't be done, which is why we KNOW there is no significant short position in NWGC, naked or otherwise. It simply does not exist.

All this talk about naked shorts is complete BS.
