Skeptical me reads into that:

By June JF will have fully diluted the 25 billion shares and be sorely strapped for cash due to continued excessive consulting fees and tangent projects. To remedy, he will R/S any where from 10,000/1 to 1,000,000/1, authorize another 25 billion shares, and immediately begin diluting all over again.
