Thanks for the response. I am aware of the term and some of the specifics about it. Not too long ago I read up on it. The problem is that what I have is only 'book knowledge' about it. What I was hoping for was that someone might give real world, real time scenarios on what they see and why they trade it in a certain way. There is really no harm here since it has been pointed out that there is not anyone here that has the Market Moving Buying Power to make a difference in SP. So there is really no competition here that would effect someone elses trading.

Just thought I would ask the one doing the posting about it and the trading updates that he is doing to expound on the subject a little if he felt like it.
