I think that the process will be simply to strike down the opinion in its entirety, once the Biden Administration unveils a final resolution that upholds the Law.
Then, I would have been right in my prediction that the Scotus Justices won't release an opinion, as everything is very technical in Finance matters, and the Justices are clueless in Finance.
