Your relentless pumping of this stock only serves to increase losses for those holding. There is no way PM will settle…not until all available options have been exhausted. PM has very deep pockets and has time & money on their side. HCMC has little or no revenue except through selling of stock. The RJ/BAT vs PM case was different…both companies have deep pockets. HCMC is not in the same league as the other tobacco giants. This will be fought out in court, appeals after appeals, for months, if not years. The judge can take months to make a decision on the motion. The patent decision is not due until late December.

In the meantime, the stock will continue to drift lower and the shareholders will be paying for the legal costs via dilution. All those buys you see are just traders flipping for beer money.
