Any idea if there was a stock offering performed as part of a capital raise to raise $$$ for this filming venture?

Looking for a reason why the PPS has been having such a difficult time over the past couple of months since the pop to $0.01

And cant understand the trade action today when the ask only showed 1M shares at .0034 and then someone placed a market sell order nailing it down to .0031 where i filled 5M shares

Who does this?
