So patent 912 was found in Google servers in 2010... Because at that point Google had no defense they decided to fight patent 912!!! Now it turns out that patent 912 is valid!!! For the people who claim that Google has not been found guilty of infringing patent 912!!! The logical order of unfolding events and the fact that Google was caught red handed infringing on patent 912 which was confirmed ten years later and delayed with another 2 years procedural delay means that Google is found guilty infringing for at least 12 years and counting!!!

Netlist had before voting informed Jedec of its patent regarding rank multiplication and offered RAND licensing to all Jedec members. Google has an extra burden!!! It was invited already in 2006 and it had the complete knowledge about Netlist rank multiplication invention with a signed NDA!!! Exhibits have been handed over to court!!! Too bad Google!!! Your evil plans haven't worked out!!! Payday is coming with 3 times damages!!!

the most important question now is: will the judge side with Google and believe them that the JEDEC was not informed. I cannot imagine that the judge will, but you never now. I hope Jason has big huge arguments to kill that google argument..

1 - You sign an NDA agreement with Google
2 - In the notes of meetings you mention ownership of Rank Multiplication in patent and promise a Rand Term offer in Jedec proposal team
3 - You send a letter to chair of Jedec board with Rand offer to all Jedec members
4 - You have a Netlist demo to Google

And then you still can claim that you didn't know of existence of patent? They call that Alzheimer in modern science... Google has a collective Alzheimer brains it seems!!!

If Google practice goes unpunished then you can sign whatever you like, you can get informed whatever you like, you can just claim you didn't know and you walk out freely!!! I don't think that will fly!!!
