Dear Mr Franchise owner, I have worked here 16years part time, My labour was 110% high quality, even working for you 4 years. I have worked my tail off and you reward me like this. I have always been willing to work holidays, July 4, Christmas Eve, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day. (THAT WILL STOP, by the way there was never any form of extra pay {time and half}for anybody who "had " to do that) First this year there was this boost of pay for all the common workers up to 10$. About 3 months ago every body got a 2$ increase except for me (my increase $11). WHY? Are the part time workers some kind of 2nd class worker? some people may not appreciate being treated as 2nd class, I don't. It is not the money, IT IS THE PRINCIPLE of this matter. My evaluation of you is on a very low level. (of the bottom feeding kind) You owe me retroactive payment for the 401K 11% match I lost from corporate when you took over. The stock price has has risen 100% since. You owe me retroactive pay increase to be fair. Your franchise is a dying franchise, your store is falling down. Your transitional team came here with the intention of completely replacing the good workers that were here. They were succesfull in that only a handfull remain from that original group. This is a job with no benefits, no insurance, no retirement, You have never kept your promises to us.
