COUPLE OF THINGS EMERGE FROM THESE UPDATES!!
Remember in order to change company’s name it needs go through FINRA and applications need to be submitted 10 days prior intended name change. It is on FINRA.org I read it already, I am not putting the links here. So it shows that FINRA already reviewed and gave the green lights as GS was having issues changing the name in the past associated with previous owners. As far as the OTCIQ it need an application to have an access and approval. Again it is in OTCM website I read it. It says that name changes and any update has to go through OTC Group’s own internal review to make sure it is a correct information. It takes about 6 business days to review the update and put a badge as VERIFIED on the profile. So looks like things are going according to plan and he is preparing for OTC pink access and merger news soon.
