The CEO has addressed that question in multiple CCs just as he said. It is not arrogant to refuse to cater to individuals who refuse to accept reality and insist on perpetually supporting a false narrative. Not to mention its a complete waste of my time to hear the question answered over and over. I would rather hear other new information. Him taking the time to explain how he expects to achieve the 4 ANDA target next year (by working on 2 or 3 times as many products) is the definition of transparency.

Another example of him sharing relevant and new information last CC was the background he provided on the company that used the illegal ingredient in their drug which should open up an opportunity for Elite to gain market share. That is valuable information that can inform investors decision to buy/sell.

In case you missed it in the other CCs here is a summary of the co-ownership of Adderall with Mikah:
Someone had to buy the other half of the Extended Release Adderall. If not Mikah than someone who may make Elite's life difficult. Mikah was the best option.

If you think Elite could of afforded it please review the latest 10-Q that clearly shows elite could/can not.

Elite is ridiculously undervalued. News will drop in the next 3 months that will at least double its current price.
