Exactly, he did what was best for the company by letting this go to the EXPERT Market AKA GRAY MARKET and unable to buy unless outside the USA.


He could easily have avoided this by uploading finsto OTCM (OTCIQ) but he didn't want to because of...????

Be didn't have otciq access.. so had no choice but to go sec route and then tried to claim its best for incoming merging companies. Which was just a COVER UP because he FAILED..
