The reason this may happen sometimes is that generally speaking the L2 ask on this ticker is always very thin...anyone that wants to accumulate quickly will run out of shares on the ask and price will quickly reflect that. All we need is a good billion share trading day or two..and this goes to $.01+ ...even with some dilution along the way to payoff debt
