I agree, hopefully the 13D and their proxy get flushed and they can stay as shareholders or sell and go.

You have to ask, who would harpoon their own investment methodically ? Someone who intends to make it back elsewhere is the answer.

The other question is why would avowed short sellers be in favor of the new group ?
