My comment: Appears Hearing will be held via ZOOM. Docket 1129 states the following -

The objection from Pan Pacific., Ltd. is resolved.

My guess is that Pan Pacific and DESTQ have reached as agreement, whereby DESTQ will agree to pay part of Pan Pacific's claim against them in exchange for Pan Pacific dropping their objection to DESTQ's requested deadline extension.

We will know soon when DESTQ files a proposed order to the court regarding this matter (as stated in the docket).

In any case, the Hearing will go forward as a "status conference". I expect the judge will inquire as to the status of DESTQ's required POR. My guess is that the judge may be sympathetic with the arguments presented by Pan Pacific in objecting to another extension of DESTQ's POR deadline. If so, we may hear more about this matter AFTER the Hearing is held on October 13.

Currently no extension has so far been ordered by the Court. The current "deadline" of August 15 will be almost 2 months past when the Hearing is held. It remains to be seen whether or not the judge will sign an order extending the deadline, and if so, when the new deadline will be set. DESTQ had asked for a 90-day deadline extension to Nov. 13. Will the judge grant that extension or will he allow even a longer deadline extension period?

These interesting questions remain to be answered by the Court.
