Someone sent me a private message on Twitter that they were going to start a class action lawsuit against uphold and their involvement with Cred. I don’t know this person and I don’t have a loss to declare, but if you are interested. They said this:

“I am in California and lost 45k myself. I am working with a law firm in New York to go after Uphold in a class action lawsuit for shilling this scam. If the person you know deposited through Uphold, please have them email my lawyer at canderson@gslawny.com and cc me at addison@cerebrum.us.com. She wants to hear their story
