Because you are not a market maker, broker, institutional investor or accredited investor, you are generally not allowed to participate in the Expert Market.

Therefore, you are not allowed access to information like Level 2 quotations.

The only exception is that you are allowed to sell positions in Expert Market securities to eliminate your positions.

When buy/sell order combinations do get executed, you will be able to see at what PPS the transaction occurred and how many shares were transacted.

Until that occurs, no further information for an Expert Market security is displayed... but then, you already knew all of that... just like the rest of us.
