Then why or how did it trade 1.2 billion shares in one day...go to 17... And down to 1....add 2 more executives with big names... register with Delaware... And not comply with otc... but wants to do a 400 to 1 reversal... but doesn't want to do his job in filings that would be in the best interest of this shell and the shareholders... what's your opinion?????
