Their going for a Reverse Split. They have not filed for another 180 day extension (which is not always granted) they just did a 1 for 100 share RS two years ago and look how high share count is already. So their history shows they will do it to have the leverage to do another offering which will be needed after they buy another company and keep plugging holes....i have seen it before. No annoucement for RS . it will be Bam! Day after octerbor 25. ...probably a 1 for 25
