That is clearly nonsense.

I actually contacted the reporter today - first via email and then via phone. Just to be clear, he hasn't heard from anyone on this story promoting the company or the stock or otherwise disputing his reporting - outside of Parkinson - since it appeared. Well, other than some concerned debt holders who read the story and live in Arkansas, as well as counsel for some (unnamed for purposes of privacy) litigants sharing some intel.

I would have advised folks to be careful when stirring the hornet's nest through falsehoods and disparagement of a journalist who prides himself on reporting the facts, but it's a little late now.

A follow-up story should appear "imminently," as Mark now has both significant amounts of additional information and - due to all the disparaging comments he's been made aware of - a bit of an ego to dig a little deeper on the company.
