The audit has a history of being started several times over the last 2 or more years with none ever being finished. The current effort, with a new and nationally ranked auditing firm, started (my guess) about 5 months ago.

The CEO, Dave Massey, told us one month ago that the completion date would be Oct 6. On Oct 5, he stated that more time was needed by the auditing team and gave Oct 15 as the new target. Many here are angry about previous broken audit promises and cynical about any statements now coming from management.

I expect the audit will complete NLT than Oct 15 in time for the live Q&A session with the CEO at 4pm ET that evening. If so, the company will then be able to file a Form 10 for uplist to OTCQB. The audit and the uplist are expected by most to be an immediate driver of share price.

You say that you are new to this board. I must tell you that this board has undergone a significant personality change in the last few months. As you read through old posts, you will notice the board is now quite polarized. That is both good and bad. Please keep an open mind and use good judgement.
