The last-15-minutes buying flurry was similar to the last-5-minutes flurries we've seen several times since 9-20.

No one buys over a quarter-of-a-million shares ( 260869 @ 15:48:07 ), on the Ask @ $.023, 12 minutes away from the Close on a Friday, because they have nothing better to do.
