The incompetence by management to not make sure everything was filed or checked is legitimate. However, the manner in whichthis was addressed by the OTC and subsequent expert market, smells of real collusion and massive corruption. The boiler room tactics that followed, qualifies for the worst seat in the hell pit. There's a special place ultimately for the parasites in this scheme. Bank on it..
