My broker tells me that it will have the same impact on SH as a R/S would. We will receive 1 ADR for every 50 common shares. So I'm wondering if GEM managed to find a way to get 'excluded' from that conversion process?
RLFTF Investor Relations tells me that a major reason (rationale) for executing a 1 for 50 ADR conversion is to 'ready' RLFTF to uplist to the NASDAQ. However, that uplisting will NOT occur when the ADR conversion occurs. IR tells me that the uplisting will occur sometime thereafter...which spooks me a bit. IR could not give me a date for the ADR conversion. We all know what damage an R/S can do if it is not accompanied with good news of some sort.
It would make me feel more comfortable knowing that GEM's shares will be treated exactly the same way as our shares during the ADR conversion.
Thoughts?
