TurdBlossom....I'm not sure what you disagree with, but I agree with your assessment.

I do think that the NRXP BOD could quickly resolve this if they have the willpower. But if they themselves are implicated (guilty) of some or many of the accusations, then they will be in a defensive posture and this may be a very long drawn out process.

IMO, the best way for this to end for the investors is for NRXP to somewhat capitulate and negotiate a truce/settlement with RLFTF. I'm sure RLFTF asked for more than they ever expected to receive, so negotiations should always be a viable option to end this quickly.

As an aside, it's a strong indication to me that RLFTF still believes that EUA is still actively in play with the FDA by their inclusion of the following demand. Although we know how Dr JJ withheld the 1st EUA rejection from RLFTF for several weeks:

i. An order enforcing the territorial limits of the Collaboration Agreement and prohibiting Defendants from engaging in any commercialization efforts for aviptadil in any country other than the United States, Canada, or Israel;
