I wouldn't call it a judgment against the company at this point, since the Receiver (CEO Filbert) is now in possession of the shell. It all depends on what they do with the A/S, what their business plan looks like, and how/if/when they increase the O/S. One good PR and this could see dimes on this float. Fingers crossed.
