Then keep the shareholder informed. You don't have to name the deal just say that a deal is in the works. So far Plant has not publicly acknowledged the AS increase. Rumer was that it was to be used for a buyout of Sequiam and the deal apparently fell through...again let me stress all rumor. It is time to communicate to the shareholders.
