With all due respect, number of O/S and/or dilution are not the issue here (MHO) ... I believe that:

- eitheir this is a bancrupcy in the making (then who cares what the number of O/S is?)

- or it is a serious business being built and then current market cap is ridiculously low, whatever the number of O/S.

As I said earlier, even if for the right reasons the O/S shares became 4 instead of 3 billions, the market cap (market value in the market) would still be $8B or less at current pps.

Will not take much of a business to justify such a small market cap (select your multiplier)
