Corporate presentation......

The company put up a fairly nice corporate presentation on its website this week. The document properties has the creation date on the afternoon of October 6. Quite a lot has changed with the company since I sold my position back in 2019 -- most of those changes for the better. Vitro Biopharma looks like it has positioned itself nicely in a number of markets/opportunities.

It will be interesting to see how the market reacts when Vitro returns to trading again. I am not sure if they will file the Form 10 immediately (relatively speaking) or if they will wait until fiscal 2021 (October) is completed and then include those audited results in the filing. I am guessing Vitro will return to trading sometime during the first quarter of calendar 2022.

The management changes (new CEO and CFO) are something that I think were definitely needed ahead of getting the stock listed again. Fresh faces needed to be in place if the company wanted to regain some confidence/trust from the market again. As far as I am concerned that entire suspension/revocation fiasco was something that was entirely avoidable by the company if management had simply acknowledged just how serious the situation was and stopped dragging their feet.

The retail shareholders of Vitro deserved better than this. And I do think the company itself would be in a much better place if it had maintained its filing status. If I recall correctly Vitro did a private placement sometime around late 2019 or very early 2020. Part of the financing was specifically for getting the filings updated. By the end of February 2020 the audit firm had completed Vitro's audit(s). So the company had the resources in its hand (or readily available), and the time available (more than 6 months before the suspension occurred), to regain its filing compliance but management chose to keep punting the ball.
