If Terry does this correctly it should not be a problem however if he does not build something here it will become a dilution machine.
That is why I am looking for other people's opinion, has anyone seen this in stocks/companies they owned

My prediction is he creates news and drives stock higher before anything happens with the shares as he is in control of them initially.
