I don't think it will affect the EUA approval. And regarding the Situation, I am interested to hear how NRXP will defend this. I'm not totally sure this is not a let's get dr. J and family out of the way as much as it is a slight at NRXP. In other words, perhaps the main goal here is just to remove Dr J, and then work with NRXP Very closely ???????? But that is just me speculating and in my humble opinion about the matter. I am just as shocked as everyone else! LOL I mean... Republic of China? Mr. Chen? I'm sorry but some of it is sad but some of it made me laugh out loud a little. It's really a work of art, that lawsuit. And as we all know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So, Maybe this is a good move for some, but a bad one for others. But from an investor standpoint, I really think we are all good!
