The company works a lot at setting up a Marketing/selling set up allowing for great revenue opportunities worlwide.

This being said:

1 - I look for information ($$$) demonstrating that the product is being accepted by the markets we aimed at up to now.

2 - Assuming sucess can be demonstrated I want to see management working toward uplisting from OTC so institutional buyers can get involved.

Focussing on setting up channels is great but showing revenues is quite critical also.
