GetSer, If Cyrcadia IS Holmes as you say, How is Cyrcadia not included as asset in report to get current. As CEO of both companies with Share Agreements betwen companies, Doesn't Acropolis have to include Both in Merger Conversations with new Company. There has to be Full disclosure.
