None of us can say if that is how they will do it. However, it is very logical and practical. Investors here need to decide if Pure Romance is a scam or a growing company. Think about it. PureRomance is going public so as to attract investors and capital ($$$). IF they severely dilute when it is not necessary, they will drive investors away, which is the opposite of their goals. Just makes no sense.

No, i have not heard anything. My posts are simply from DD and thinking how this puzzle fits together.
