Yeah it sucked, I left and came back a few times we knew he was dumping 3 billion shares from August 4th just trying to time the end. It's definitely over as there are no more shares to issue and no new notes coming.

Total outstanding is ended 300M more than what it said in the offering but you know always some shady shit down here...
