The soccer game take is a short voice-over which has small impact during a game in progress. The crowd is there to watch soccer not be harangued about some beverage. It can hardly be said to be "on TV" in the full TV advertisement way.

The California Limonada one is apparently a TV infomercial. Again, not really full TV but for the bored housewives audience. That the dog finds it so amusing is a somewhat worrying feature. Dogs and stocks generally don't go well together.
