JIMO what if Wei knows there is many unaccounted shares from the TA audit.
If I were Wei I’d hold back let weak hands sell and let it coil and the unaccounted shares show wanting to cover at the low SP but no real accounted shares available no one selling.

Then bang! Update!

Wei gets a good filtered group of shareholders, and loses the counterfeit share holder or risk of huge cover charges
