Someone spent .29 cents to take this down to .000001 on the expert market. In visiting with the OTC this morning in New York, since I am not a company officer they could not be very specific with me. There is still a chance that they may have the paperwork submitted for the OTC to review. That process they stated could take up to 10 business days from the time that the correct information has been received and processed.

An initial review by a broker-dealer under SEC Rule15c2-11 is required for brokers to publish competing quotes and provide continuous market making as was shown with a quote this morning for .001.
