I been in $HCMC since Nov.2020, and doing DD +staying up to date. Also have conversations with the CEO Jeff Holman periodically on Linkedin(Best & fastest way to reach CEO).

With all that being said. I have 100% fith in Mr.Holman truly caring about shareholders & share value. He wouldn't do ANYTHING that would negatively effect either one. He is always making the decisions with those two in mind "Is this best for share value & shareholders?"

Remember when the CEO made a deal with our lrgest toxic debt holders by canceling the notes etc in exchange for shares and it saved us $29million in dilution. People bash the large share structure but its like that FOR A REASON. He forseen the use of it. $HCMC is A REALLY BIG COMPANY, many revenue entities and over 110 patents.

Anything under .001 is a super good deal.
