There isn't any proof that the MS drug has gone through the rigors of FDA approved clinical trials - because it hasn't.

The Orphan Drug Designation still doesn't have FDA drug approval - the Designation Date was 09/01/2015 and Deitsch hasn't done anything since then.

Deitsch has been pumping RPI-78M since 2007 - so that development has been non-existent.
