No, it is not "my optimistic", my point of view is based on my solid experience for decades of Non-Reporting OTC stock's trading!

For example, before last April nobody would foresee NBVG would hit 0.0011 in this February and 0.0035 in this May plus 0.0053 in this June! However all those "impossible things" had already happened due to this year's Entire OTC market's Great rally!
