I believe we don’t know whether oral for Covid will work or not. We don’t know if there can be systemic absorption in the other areas where B has not been targeted as of yet. If there is systemic absorption and a therapeutic level is achieved it may reach targeted areas. It is systemic. Your geography is off for the Oralogic pill.
