Other thoughts for you all...

This dilution in not really a bad thing in the long run if it is handled correctly.

You know what would be a REAL PROBLEM? If the company filed the Reg. A for 2 Bil. shares to be sold AND NOBODY was interested in the shares! When you have 'dilution' due to a Reg. A, then there are investors that are willing to pay .005 per share thinking that they are going to be making money. If no one was buying... that would be a problem.

Secondly, if the $10 Mil. is used wisely and it produces shareholder value by investing in positive things, we all win. IT IS JUDT GOING TO TAKE TIME. Now... if you really want to cheer for this company, do not curse the dilution, but embrace it! The quicker they sell, the quicker they get the money and the quicker the ROI. IMO.
